Apple Cider Sangria

- 1 bottle 750ml dry white wine or dry rosé
- 2 cups unfiltered apple cider
- ¼ cup apple brandy or Calvados optional
- 2 Honeycrisp or Fuji apples thinly sliced
- 1 Bosc or Bartlett pear thinly sliced
- 1 orange sliced into rounds
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 cup club soda or sparkling water
- Ice for serving
Combine the wine, apple cider, and apple brandy in a large pitcher.
Add the sliced apples, pears, oranges, and cinnamon sticks.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or up to 24 hours.
Stir in the club soda just before serving.
Serve over ice, making sure each glass includes plenty of fruit.
