Ham and Cheese Pinwheels

Easy no-bake Ham and Cheese Pinwheels made with flour tortillas, seasoned cream cheese, deli ham, and sharp cheddar. Chilled until firm and sliced into bite-size spirals

Ingredients
  

  • 4 large flour tortillas 10-inch (25 cm)
  • 8 oz 226 g cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
  • 12 slices thinly sliced deli ham
  • 1 cup 115 g shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder optional
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder optional

Instructions
 

  • Soften the cream cheese until easy to spread.
  • Mix cream cheese with ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder if using.
  • Lay one tortilla flat and spread with approximately 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture.
  • Add 3 slices of deli ham.
  • Sprinkle with ¼ cup shredded cheddar.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly into a log.
  • Wrap tightly in plastic wrap.
  • Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Unwrap and slice each roll into approximately 1-inch rounds.
  • Arrange on a serving platter and serve chilled or slightly softened at room temperature.

Notes

Use softened cream cheese so the tortillas don't tear.
Thinly sliced deli ham works best.
Don't overfill the tortillas.
Roll tightly to create a defined spiral.
Chill for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
Use a sharp knife for clean cuts.
The end pieces may be less uniform but are still delicious.
Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days.
