Crust & Crumble
- 1 cup 120 g almond flour
- 1 cup 80 g rolled oats
- ¼ cup 60 ml melted coconut oil
- ¼ cup 60 ml maple syrup
Pear Filling
- 4 medium pears about 600 g, peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon 8 g cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon 2 g ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons 30 ml maple syrup
Mix the almond flour, rolled oats, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup.
Press half the mixture into an 8-inch baking pan.
Bake the crust for 10 minutes until lightly golden.
Toss the sliced pears with the cornstarch, cinnamon, and maple syrup.
Spread the pear filling over the baked crust.
Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture over the pears.
Bake for 35–40 minutes until the topping is golden and the filling is bubbling.
Cool completely before slicing into bars.
