Ingredients
  

For the Graham Cracker Layer

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar

For the Creamy Filling

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

For the Peach Layer

  • 2 cups fresh peaches peeled and diced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar optional, depending on peach sweetness

Optional Garnish

  • Whipped cream
  • Fresh peach slices
  • Graham cracker crumbs
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Honey drizzle

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until evenly moistened.
  • Divide the crumb mixture evenly among four dessert cups and gently press it into the bottom of each glass.
  • In a large bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  • In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined and fluffy.
  • Toss the diced peaches with the lemon juice and optional sugar if needed.
  • Spoon a layer of the cream cheese mixture over each graham cracker crust.
  • Add a layer of diced peaches.
  • Repeat with another layer of cream filling if desired, then finish with fresh peaches on top.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  • Garnish with whipped cream, fresh peach slices, graham cracker crumbs, mint leaves, or a drizzle of honey if desired.

Notes

* Fresh ripe peaches provide the best flavor and texture.
* If using frozen peaches, thaw completely, drain well, and pat dry before layering.
* Always use room-temperature cream cheese for a smooth filling.
* Assemble the dessert cups up to 24 hours in advance.
* Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
* Freezing is not recommended because the filling may separate after thawing.
