  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup cold unsalted butter cubed

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to **350°F (175°C)** and lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  • Drain the canned peaches well and gently pat them dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  • In a large bowl, combine the peaches, granulated sugar, flour, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Toss gently until evenly coated.
  • Spread the peach mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  • In another bowl, combine the oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  • Cut the cold butter into the dry ingredients using a pastry cutter or fork until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  • Sprinkle the crumble evenly over the peaches without pressing it down.
  • Bake for **30–35 minutes**, or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbling around the edges.
  • Let the crisp cool for **10 minutes** before serving.
  • Serve warm with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, or your favorite toppings.
