Ingredients
  

  • 28 Oreo cookies 14 oz / 400 g
  • 4 ounces 113 g full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup 60 g pumpkin puree
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup 170 g white chocolate melts

Instructions
 

  • Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
  • Mix in the softened cream cheese, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice until a thick dough forms.
  • Roll tablespoon-sized portions into smooth balls.
  • Chill for about 30 minutes until firm.
  • Melt the white chocolate in 20-second microwave intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Dip each chilled Oreo ball into the melted chocolate and allow the excess to drip off.
  • Let the chocolate coating harden completely before serving or storing.
