- 28 Oreo cookies 14 oz / 400 g
- 4 ounces 113 g full-fat cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup 60 g pumpkin puree
- ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup 170 g white chocolate melts
Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
Mix in the softened cream cheese, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice until a thick dough forms.
Roll tablespoon-sized portions into smooth balls.
Chill for about 30 minutes until firm.
Melt the white chocolate in 20-second microwave intervals, stirring until smooth.
Dip each chilled Oreo ball into the melted chocolate and allow the excess to drip off.
Let the chocolate coating harden completely before serving or storing.
