Instructions
 

  • Let frozen peaches sit at room temperature for 2 minutes.
  • Add peaches, heavy cream, honey, vanilla, and salt to a blender or food processor.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  • Add a splash of cream if the mixture is too thick.
  • Serve immediately for soft-serve consistency, or freeze for 1 hour for firmer scoops.
