Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries hulled
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup milk dairy, almond, oat, or coconut
  • 1 –2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup optional
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional Add-Ins

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • Handful of fresh spinach

Instructions
 

  • Wash and hull the strawberries, then peel and slice the banana.
  • Pour the milk into a blender, followed by the Greek yogurt.
  • Add the strawberries, banana, vanilla extract, ice cubes, and honey or maple syrup if using.
  • Add any optional ingredients such as chia seeds, protein powder, almond butter, oats, or spinach.
  • Blend on high for 60–90 seconds, or until completely smooth and creamy.
  • If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash of milk. If it's too thin, blend in a few more frozen strawberries or ice cubes.
  • Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

Frozen strawberries create a thicker, frostier smoothie.
Use a ripe banana with brown spots for the sweetest flavor.
Greek yogurt adds extra protein and a creamy texture.
Adjust the amount of milk to reach your preferred consistency.
