Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup seedless watermelon chunks
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup ice cubes optional
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice

Optional Add-Ins

  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Handful of fresh mint leaves
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter

Instructions
 

  • Cut the watermelon into chunks and remove any seeds. Hull the strawberries if using fresh berries.
  • Add the watermelon, strawberries, ice cubes, and lime juice to a blender.
  • Add any optional ingredients, such as Greek yogurt, chia seeds, mint, coconut water, or protein powder.
  • Blend on high for 30–45 seconds, or until completely smooth.
  • If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash of water or coconut water. If it's too thin, blend in a few more frozen strawberries or ice cubes.
  • Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately.

Notes

Use ripe, sweet watermelon for the best flavor.
Frozen strawberries create a thicker smoothie without needing much ice.
Fresh lime juice brightens the fruit flavors.
